Exporting Results to OrgPro

To export results to OrgPro select Export Results to OrgPro from the Data menu.

Export Results to OrgPro

There are two possibilities for exporting data to OrgPro. One is that you are exporting to a local organization and the show was run as a show of that same local organization. This case is completely straightforward, you simply save the file to disk that will then be imported into OrgPro. You don't need to read any further.

The other case, also very straightforward, is that you are exporting to a local organization and the show was run as a USEF show.

In this case you will have obtained the data of the local organization. This data will include all membership and recording numbers, and the sections that are recognized by the local organization. You will import this data into ShowPro. You will then go through the procedure outlined below that will in a very simple manner create the information required for you to export your show results to the local organization.

The nice thing is that this is quite easy and you don't have to do anything special throughout the course of your show to accomplish it.

Select Local Organization

If you are exporting data from a USEF rated show to OrgPro you will first select the local organization from the list of whatever local organizations that you have imported into ShowPro.

Once you select the organization to export to the Map Sections dialog is displayed...

It is simply a matter of selecting which local organization section the USEF section should be exported to. Click the tabs accross the yop to select each of the divisions, Hunter, Jumper, Equitation, and possibly Breeding. Once you do this once ShowPro will remember the section mappings. Next time you export a show for this organization you'll just click Continue at this point.

Select Show Location

The last thing you'll be asked to to is select the location of the show.
