Member Management
OrgPro maintains your members names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and dates of birth. Each member has a member type selected from a list that you setup, i.e. Junior, Amateur, Professional.

Horse Management
Your horses names, age, sex, color, height, and green year are maintained in the database. Horses are cross referenced to their owners and riders.

Membership/Recording Cards
OrgPro keeps track of when membership dues and recording fees are paid. Membership and Recording cards can be printed individually or in batches. Cards can be printed on Standard Avery card stock that can be preprinted with your organizations logo, address, phone number, and web address. OrgPro will print the members name, member number, member type, and the effective date on the bottom portion of the card. The end result is very professional looking cards.

Points Management
OrgPro provides total points management and turns a tedious error prone task into something that potentially happens almost automatically. Virtually any points system can be accommodated including increment table systems, straight systems, or one point per dollar won. You have the flexibility to setup your system on a per section basis. In addition, year end points can be awarded for show championships and reserve championships using a variety of methods.

The OrgPro software also has the ability to import the USEF electronic results format, this enables you to automate the points processing for any horse show capable of providing this format.

Medal Qualification Management
OrgPro allows you to set parameters to determine qualification for year end medal ride offs. These parameters can be set on a per show type basis.

Web Site Management
OrgPro automatically generates Show Results and Point Standings web pages for your web site. If you import your show results from ShowPro, your show results and current point standings can be updated on your web site with just a few mouse clicks. OrgPro also automatically generates membership and recorded horses web pages for publication to your web site. The software even has an integrated web browser for viewing the site on your local machine and an integrated HTML editor for minor web page changes.

Mailing Lists/Mailing Labels
OrgPro allows you to maintain an unlimited number of mailing lists. You can assign members to whichever lists are appropriate.

Reports
OrgPro can generate a variety of printed reports including detailed member and horse points reports. Section standings and medal qualifier reports can be printed individually by section or several at a time.
